 Event Information: 

*Festival is open to the public Friday September 12th, 2014 from 4pm to 10pm, Saturday September 13th, 2014 from 10am to 8pm. 

*Vendors will be set up street side of the retail spaces in New Longview along with food vendors, floating beverage stations, historical hayride tour, children’s activities, and live musical entertainment ~ 

 

 

 

 Vendor Information:

*Spaces will be available in 10’x10’ sections and do NOT include electricity.

*Vendors will be accepted on requirements that fit into original Art, high end upCycle pieces and Boutique Fashion. 

*Security will be provided during evening hours of the Festival.

 

Booth fees:

10’x10’ ~ $175

10’x20’ ~ $250

10’x30’ ~ $325

20’x20’ ~ $400

Electricity ~ $25

 Set up is from 9am to 3pm on Friday, September 12th.  

Clean up is at 8pm on Saturday, September 13th.

All applications will be reviewed within 10 days and invoice including payment information sent upon approval. 

 Full payment due after August 1st.
